Cairo – Mubasher: Sabaa International Company for Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry’s board of directors has recommended the distribution of 1-for-10 bonus shares, totalling 3 million bonus shares worth EGP 6 million.

Thus, the company’s issued capital will increase from EGP 60 million to EGP 66 million, and the number of shares will rise from 30 million to 33 million, according to a bourse filing released on Tuesday.

The company’s stock ended Monday’s session rising 6.05% to EGP 4.03.
